Easy to use
Limited functionality. Fine for checking timetables but you can't buy Strathclyde concessionary tickets using the Scottish National Entitlement Card. Really frustrating as it means I have to find a manned ticket office, then find one which is open, then use a paper ticket which is too easy to lose and, when I don't lose it, just clutters up pockets, bags and ultimately the bin. How is it that dozens of English concession schemes are listed but not Scotland's?
